Any system is only as good as the records it holds. Enlighten has the ability at the click of a button to provide instant access to training records for all staff and provide a clear barometer on the strengths and weaknesses of the food safety culture within an organisation.
There are 3 reports for you to access on enlighten:
Training Matrix
This report shows the progress of all of your users on the e-learning courses. You are able to easily view all users course progress and filter by course and search for a specific user. This report can also be exported to csv to easily transfer the data to other systems.
Food Safety Culture Report
This report gives you an overview of the results of a food safety culture questionnaire while allowing you to compare the results to the previous questionnaire. You are able to filter the report by the 4 C’s and the users role and whether or not english is their first language. When comparing to the previous report you are also able to view the variance and whether it is significant.
Food Safety Culture Average Report
The answers in the questionnaire are rated from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). This report will show you the average for each answer within the questionnaire and the previous questionnaire. When comparing to the previous report you are also able to view the variance and whether it is significant.
