How do I pay?

You can pay for your subscription on the website by direct debit via GoCardless.

GoCardless is the easy way to collect Direct Debit. Already serving more than 20000 businesses, perfect for recurring billing and B2B invoicing.

However if you want to pay for your 12 month subscription in full, you need to contact us direct and we will raise an invoice. A purchase order number will be required and BACS payment will need to be made prior to your account going live.

Is payment secure?

How do I purchase a subscription?

From the homepage click sign up and follow the process to choose the package that you wish to buy.

You will then sign up, setting up direct debit payment via GoCardless.

You get your first 30 days free and you can cancel before your first payment.

What are the minimum requirements for running this site and courses?

To get the best results when viewing the courses on this site we recommend that you use the following browsers and software.

Required Hardware

You will need to access courses on a machine that can play audio in order to listen to the voiceover in the courses.

Can I purchase a subscription to enlighten from outside the UK

You are able to purchase a subscription to enlighten from anywhere.

However the GoCardless payment system can only be used by the following countries.

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

If you want to purchase enlighten from any other countries then you need to contact us direct and pay for your 12 month subscription in full. We will raise an invoice. A purchase order number will be required and BACS payment will need to be made prior to your account going live.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You are able to cancel your subscription any time during your 30 free trial.

However we would recommend you cancel your subscription at least 3 days prior to your payment date to ensure no payment is taken.

If you cancel after this and payment is taken, you will need to contact us, via the payment system to arrange a refund.

What do I do if I need help?

If you need any help, please check the frequently asked questions, tutorial videos and documentation. If you do not find what you need here, then please raise a support ticket.

Can I talk to somebody about my subscription?

Yes you can to a member of the team about your subscription by raising a support ticket.

Is there a minimum subscription length?

Yes there is a minimum subscription of 12 months. Your first 30 days are free and you are able to cancel at any time during those 30 days.

Can I upgrade my enlighten package?

Yes you can upgrade your package, you are able to do this from your dashboard page.

If you have any issues please raise a support ticket and we will help you through the process.

How do I raise a support ticket?

You can easily raise a support ticket by clicking the support button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and completing the support form.

Is there a cost for support?

No there is no cost for support.

What kind of details are stored in Enlighten?

For a company the only details stored are company name.

For the individual user the following details are stored:

First Name,
Last Name,
Email address,
Role within company.

All users course data and food safety culture survey data are stored on enlighten.

All payment data is stored by GoCardless.

Synergy FTP Ltd (trading as totrain) are registered with ICO (Information Commisioners Office).

Are the enlighten courses available in a foreign language?

No currently all courses are only available in English.

What level of is knowledge is required?

No prior knowledge is required.
